Since our initial launch event at the end of February 2007, we have been concentrating on our ‘core’ activity of finding sponsors for the children at the Centre.
In addition, two of the trustees were members of the Hands Around The World team that went to the Centre in October 2007, to help build schoolrooms alongside the accommodation block. As a result, our efforts were directed towards helping them to achieve their fundraising targets (which will, of course, benefit the Centre).
The final title in the Dragon Trilogy, ‘Dragon Disaster’, will be published at the end of September 2008. Copies of ‘The Castle of Dragalno’ and ‘Skeleton Secrets’ are still available, with proceeds to MCDC (UK) - for further details, see www.ellowaysmith.co.uk.
