3 February 2008: Sponsorship update – February 2008

I expect you know by now why you have not had any official communication from the charity in recent months: I have been extremely ill following my return from the Hands Around The World project in Ghana last October.
The project went extremely well, with good progress made on the building by the Ghanaian builders (with some assistance from the volunteers), and gave us an ideal opportunity to get to know the children at the Centre.
The main purpose of this update is to let you know that (1) the children loved the pencil cases that we took out with us, (2) we will be sending updated photos and details of your sponsored child during the next few weeks, and (3) recent photos and new text have been added to the website, so please do take a look.
