18 December 2010: Charity Challenge winners
In November, we submitted a project for the Intuit Small Business Britain Charity Challenge, for the chance to win £500 - a water tank that we had previously bought had been stolen from the Centre before it could be installed.
We invited all our supporters to vote for our project and, when the votes for the period were counted, we were one of the five projects that had received the most votes. Of those five projects, ours was chosen by the judging panel to receive the donation. We are awaiting confirmation from Misthy that the base for the new water tank is ready before we send out the money for the water tank to be purchased and installed.
